Made to order business: We are a made to order business, and once your order is placed we will get to work producing your order. Please allow up to 9 business days to receive a tracking number!

Shipping: Timelines quoted by our carrier as 3-14 business days depending on your location.

Our Guarantee

When you place an order, we want to make sure you get a quality product every time.

For that reason, if there are any issues with the quality of our products, we ask you to take the following steps.

Step One: Email us with a description of the issue.

Step Two: Attach any photos of the issue so that we can partner with our production partner to find a solution.

Step Three: Let us know if you'd like a refund, or a replacement.

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing of refund/replacement requests. Because we are a made to order business, returns and replacements will only be processed in instances where there are quality defects in the construction or printing of our products.
